About the Assignment
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in designing assets for PinMeTo’s website, ads, and social media. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, you'll be instrumental in helping us communicate our product offerings and build our brand in the Location Marketing industry globally.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer responsible for creating visual content that communicates messages effectively and aligns with our brand identity. This includes developing designs for various media, such as websites, social media, print, and digital platforms. The successful candidate will be able to combine artistic skills, technical expertise, and creativity to produce engaging visuals. We are also looking for someone with knowledge in content creation and AI, who can bring innovative ideas to our visual strategy.

This is a part-time assignment based in Malmö, approximately around 40 % where you have the possibility to influence the working hours to fit your needs. You will be a part of the company, having a team where you share knowledge and have fun together!

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for our paid ads (social & search), website (landing pages, case studies, product pages), and social media posts.
• Translate the ideas behind our products into visually compelling stories.
• Apply your expertise in composition, visual communication, and color theory to elevate our brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive and effective visual strategy.
• Work independently and structure your workflow efficiently.
• Continuously innovate and improve existing design elements.
• Contribute to content creation and explore the use of AI in design workflows.

To be successful in this role we see that you have

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent creative and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design work.
• Speak and write professional English.
• Graduated from an education within graphic design or similar and have worked professionally for at least 2 years with graphic design.
• Ability to work collaboratively, receive feedback, and take initiative on projects.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge in front-end development skills & HubSpot CRM.

The Team
You will be part of our Marketing team and based in Malmö. While some of our team members are located in Lisbon, Portugal, you will collaborate with the entire organization across various departments as needed.
