In the Aeven Compliance & Risk Management department we are looking for new colleagues to join our team. If you join us, then you would support our business in core processes and directly contribute to the success of our quality and compliance mindset across all business units and international affiliates of Aeven.
Your responsibilities:
- Have the overall system responsibility for Aeven’s EDMS (Veeva Quality Docs) and support the current system management for our established QMS (Quality Management System)
- Be responsible for planning and implementing upgrades, bug fixes, changes etc. in close collaboration with the technical support and end-users.
- Coordinating the activities associated with General Releases (for Veeva) and validation activities connected to changes to the QMS.
- Ensuring good communication to and from end-users, data owners and stakeholders.
- Support with daily administration tasks i.e., user maintenance, user assistance, and problem solving.
- Serve as escalation point for issues and questions.
- Perform Periodic System Reviews.
- Ensure a validated and compliant system status in close collaboration with users, IT QA, System Owner and vendors throughout the system lifecycle.
- Present system validation status during audits and Inspections.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a university degree or equivalent and 3+ years in experience with IT systems and infrastructure, preferably in the life science industry.
- Experience with supporting Veeva applications and previous AMS experience with a hands-on approach is an advantage
- Previous exposure to system/business administrator role is a must.
- Experience, even if limited, with SQL queries and/or JavaScript will give you an edge.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
