Become Part of Our Group It Department In Lyngby
To ensure seamless IT support for our colleagues, we are looking for an IT Supporter to join our team. We are four skilled IT specialists supporting around 1900 colleagues at our Lyngby head office, delivering solutions that enhance innovation and productivity across COWI. From installing and configuring PCs to providing technical support for conference room technology, your work will directly affect our colleagues' daily operations.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Registering and managing inquiries in ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting, testing, and configuring hardware and software
- Managing procurement, provisioning, and error handling for computers, tablets, and mobile devices
- Creating and maintaining user manuals and instructional videos
- Providing technical support for COWI applications and hardware equipment

- A relevant IT background, ITIL certification, and previous experience

- The capability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while managing tasks efficiently
- Great communication skills in both Danish and English (written and spoken)
