At Danfoss Power Solutions, we are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Innovation and Development, Solutions EMEA team. In this role, you will integrate hydraulics, electrics, and software to create high-performance, energy-efficient solutions for agricultural and construction machines. Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define, develop, and test new solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Innovate machine systems by applying deep expertise in hydraulics, control engineering, and functional safety.
• Represent Danfoss in front of customers at our Application Development Center to showcase our products and capabilities as a trusted partner.
• Specify, implement, integrate, and test electric, hydraulic, and electrohydraulic systems for off-highway applications.

Background & Skills

• Educational Background: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
• Industry Experience: Preferably experience in product and application development, with knowledge of off-highway vehicle applications and hydraulic design being a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in control engineering and Model-Based Design (MATLAB/Simulink).
• Hands-on Approach: Passion for building and testing real-world solutions, including data acquisition and validation.
