Procurement assistant

Actona Group is seeking a dedicated procurement assistant whose main focus is to ensure the most efficient and coordinated operation of a portfolio of key suppliers focusing on speed and quality.

About the job
As the Procurement assistent, you will be responsible for managing the daily administration and operations of your supplier portfolio, working closely with category managers. Ensuring smooth operations, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of quality and service—while minimizing errors—are essential parts of the role at Actona Group.

With your proactive mindset and enthusiasm for achieving results, you’ll contribute to keeping our daily tasks and projects on track, helping us deliver high quality to our customers.

Key tasks

• Order placement, follow up and other administrative tasks in procurement.
• Contributing to the overall goals according to the written procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure efficient and coordinated operation of suppliers.
• Proactive focus on the supplier´s performance related to the goals and strategy in the procurement department and for Actona Group.
• High performance on speed with quality on daily operation, but also your personal quality level.
• Good understanding of Actona Group´s supply chain and value chain.
• Starting up new development tasks in cooperation with category managers.
• Solution-oriented actions with the customer in focus and a high information and communication level.
• Creating and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and other departments in Actona Group.
• Ensure high performance of key figures from the suppliers; OTD, LT, capacity, penalties etc.
• Creating and maintaining close cooperation with suppliers to assure the best possible service to our customers.

Who are you?
You have a relevant educational background. You are a strong communicator who enjoys working in a structured way while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
