You will join Danmark Protein Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) biggest production site in Videbæk, producing highly specialised ingredients for B2B customers around the world. Here, you become part of a professional and collaborative environment with strong ties between production and the wider organisation, with more than 700 colleagues.

How you will make an impact
As Production Operations Engineer, you report directly to the Hiring Manager and act as a key support function for three production departments. You work close to the daily operations and take part in daily operational meetings, quality meetings and cross‑organisational collaboration. The role offers a highly varied and dynamic workday, combining structured tasks with hands‑on operational support.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Supporting production through data analysis and follow‑up on capacity, quality and processes
• Preparing and presenting decision material for managers and team leaders using presentations and data visualisations
• Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to optimisation of production and work processes
• Handling ad‑hoc operational challenges and cross‑functional issues in close collaboration with stakeholders

What will make you successful
You hold a technical or process‑oriented degree for example as an engineer, and are either a recent graduate or have a few years of relevant experience from production, process or operations. As a person, you are curious, solution‑oriented and motivated by creating value for others in the organisation

In addition, we expect that you

• Have a strong understanding of data, data processing and analysis
• Are able to communicate and present data clearly through PowerPoint, graphs and presentations
• Work proactively and independently with problem solving and follow‑up
• Have strong collaboration skills and can build relationships across functions
• Have a genuine interest in production and work processes and continuous improvement
