A Day in the Life
Join our dynamic Travel Retail team as a Nordic Merchandiser & Field Coordinator. Based in Denmark, you will be the backbone of our retail operations, working at the heart of the action of Travel Retail within the vibrant and fast-paced airport environments across the Nordics. You will support a team of 50 Beauty Advisors, driving excellence on the ground.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drive Retail Excellence: You will share planograms, assortments, and guidelines with the field team and ensure flawless implementation in our airport stores across the region.
• Coordinate Operations: Be the captain for all merchandising topics, managing the coordination and communication of orders and deliveries to our airport locations.
• Support the Field Team: You will handle monthly follow-ups on incentive plans for Beauty Advisors, and maintain our internal databases.
• Activate Brand Initiatives: Prepare and coordinate exciting initiatives such as Pop-Up activations and team-building events for our Beauty Advisors.

We Are Looking For
An ideal candidate for this role is a driven and well-organized collaborator who can thrive with autonomy. You should have:

• Stakeholder Management: A people-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to support and collaborate with a remote team of 50 Beauty Advisors and various internal partners.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns, initiatives, and stakeholders effectively.
• Agility: The ability to adapt quickly to new trends and operational needs in a fast-moving environment like travel retail and airports.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to anticipate challenges and find effective solutions.
• Language & System Proficiency: Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) is required, along with high proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Traveling: Expected to travel between Denmark and Norway regularly.
