About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise AI & Data Science Analyst to join our Strategy & Consulting – Data & AI team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about artificial intelligence, data science, analytics, and transforming data into business value.
As part of our multidisciplinary AI team, you will work alongside data scientists, AI engineers, strategists, and industry experts to help clients solve complex business challenges using data and AI. You will support the development of analytical models, AI solutions, and insights that drive innovation and measurable outcomes across industries.
What You Will Do
As an Enterprise AI & Data Science Analyst, you will:
- Support the design, development, and deployment of AI, machine learning, and analytics solutions.
- Analyse structured and unstructured data to uncover business insights and opportunities.
- Assist in building predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven solutions.
- Help prepare, clean, and transform data for advanced analytics and AI applications.
- Contribute to the evaluation and testing of AI models, ensuring quality and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Support the development of dashboards, visualisations, and reports that communicate insights effectively.
- Work with AI, cloud, and data platforms to develop scalable solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and data science.

You are curious, analytical, and passionate about using data and AI to solve real-world business problems. You enjoy learning new technologies, working with data, and collaborating with diverse teams.
You may have gained experience through:
- University coursework, research projects, internships, or graduate programmes focused on data science, analytics, AI, or software development.
- Academic projects involving machine learning, predictive analytics, data visualisation, or statistical modelling.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, programming, or data engineering concepts.
Qualification
Must-Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic programming experience in Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of data analysis, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English (Nordic language skills are an advantage for local roles).
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or prompt engineering.
- Experience working with SQL databases, data pipelines, or big data technologies.
