    ?I successfully coordinated the annual school for young girls and women LEADERKA since 2020, including the first international LEADERKA school 2025 (Brussels) in partnership with the European Network for Independent Living (ENIL).
    ?During my coordination LEADERKA school became a visible brand, which helped ma and my team to organize internships for our alumnae in Central Governmental Bodies of Ukraine, European Parliament, UN agencies (IOM, WHO) and international organisations.
    ?During 2023 - 2025 I also coordinated a new two-year program for teenage girls and their parents, preparing the next generation of women-leaders.
