Gennem udveksling arbejder vi for at fremme forståelse og venskab mellem forskellige kulturer. Vi er en selvejende, non-profit forening. Vi er baseret på frivilligt arbejde, og er uafhængig af politiske, religiøse og økonomiske interesser.

Arbejdspladsen har lige nu 4 medabejdere med videregående uddannelsesbaggrund. I sidste periode ansatte de 1 færdiguddannede samt 3 studerende og praktikanter.
