The team at NOV in Kalundborg is dedicated to delivering high-quality electrical solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As part of this team, the new Electrical Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting our electricians and contributing to various projects. Key responsibilities will include troubleshooting machinery, assisting with programming tasks, and collaborating on machine conversion projects with external partners.
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting our electricians with troubleshooting on various machines.
- Finding alternative components if the ones currently in use are discontinued.
- Carrying out smaller programming projects.
- Contributing to larger machine conversion projects executed by external partner companies.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Education as an electrical engineer, technician, or electrical installer.
- Proficiency in Step 7 Manager (PLC/HMI).
- Siemens Experience working with Tia Portal and WinCC Unified.
- Siemens Drive experience
- Familiarity with the drawing program E-Plan is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Knowledge of the maintenance system PM5 is also an advantage.
- Strong understanding of automation components.
- Hands-on background as an electrician.
- Knowledge of DS/EN 60204-1 standards and DS/HD 60364 standards
- Proficiency in English; speaking Danish is an advantage, but not required
